We decided to have a go at Salt Art. We listened to Christian music -‘Wonder of the Cross’ (Lou Fellingham) – then quietly expressed our love of God and His creation and His presence in our lives, using salt. It turned out pretty good! Please see link for all the picture from the night.
St Philips foodbank is in Urgent need of food donations They support family's and single people who are struggling. The cost of living crisis is really taking hold in that community. Both of our churches have collection boxes to receive your gifts. If you would like to donate to St Philips food bank they would be extremely grateful, Items they are asking for: Instant mashed potato, Tinned rice pudding/custard, Tinned vegetables, soup, Long-life fruit juice, Cereal Jars of jam/ honey/ peanut butter/ chocolate spread Jars of pasta sauce, Tinned meat, Hotdogs, Meatballs, Long-life milk Toilet rolls, Shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste Donations can be dropped off at St Philips centre.
