Services Please note that there will be no weekday or Saturday services this week, and only the Parish Mass at 10.00am next Sunday (25th) Thanks to Fr Munna Mitra for celebrating mass last Friday, and Fr Mark Smith for celebrating the Parish Mass this week. Organ Now that work on the bells has been completed, all that remains is for the main organ to reinstated. Work will begin on this next week. Sharing Together September’s discussion group will be held a week later than usual on Thursday 29 September, 7.30pm at the Vicarage, when we shall be looking at angels and archangels. You don’t need to be one to attend! Big Coffee Morning Macmillan Cancer Support. The coffee morning is to be held next Saturday, 10am to 12 noon, in the church hall. There will be cakes, savories, coffee and tea along with a raffle, and crafts and fancy goods for sale. Harvest Thanksgiving Our harvest services will be on Sunday 2nd October at the usual times, and tickets for the Harvest Supper (£6) are available after services. Pantomime. Please sign the list at the back of Church if you would like to go to the Pantomime on Wednesday 11 January 2023. Traidcraft cards Cards are on sale in the hall fortnightly, the next sale will be Sunday 25th September. Advent/Christmas Fair Draw tickets are available today from Liz Hathway. As a result, between the 13 and 27 September, the ONLY services will be on Friday 16th September at 12.30pm and The Parish Mass on Sunday 18th and Sunday 25th. Eleanor Phillips, RIP For many years a faithful member of our 8am congregation, Eleanor sadly died on 12 August after a long illness. Her funeral will be at Holy Trinity on Friday 2 September at 2.00pm, with her body being received into church the night before. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.
