We will be installing underfloor heating, replacing the ancient heating system, raising the floor back to its medieval level, putting in moveable oak pews and improving the lighting in the church.<br>We hope to be back in by Easter.
It’s not too late to do this – we are still receiving donations and nominations at Carillon Cottage or online.(We have all the funds needed for the core elements of the work but need some more money for the optional elements).This is our last service in Wadhurst Church before the work begins. Until Easter the 8am Communion Service will be held in Carillon Cottage and the 10:30 service in the Commemoration Hall.Praise God for this progress, and please pray for the next stage of the project.
