There were some wonderful displays of crafts and produce in the Village Hall for people to inspect and admire at our fundraising event on the 10th October with a delightful array of cakes to enjoy and a cup of tea or coffee over a chat with friends.
The ladies of Stowe by Chartley WI have had a very busy September and early October, with various meetings at the village hall and trips out and about including afternoon tea in Eccleshall, a ghost walk in Lichfield and of course Stowe Strollers walk
Our next meeting will be Wednesday the 18th November at 7-30pm in Stowe Village Hall. The topic will be Pruning Fruit Trees and Soft Fruit Bushes by Marc Brimble.
