It is with much sadness that Ramsbottom & Edenfield Team Ministry have to announce, that our much loved Rev Les Hallam has passed away after a short illness.<br>He was very much part of the fabric of our church, and always had a kind word for everyone. He was an inspiration to us all, and will be greatly missed.<br>Our thoughts and prayers are with Lesley and his family.“May he rest in peace and rise in glory”
Thank you to everyone who came to our Carol/Christingle service at St Paul's. Everyone sang our beautiful Carols with gusto, accompanied by our amazing organists Ryan Salter and Steven Osbourne. The church certainly looked beautiful with the Christingles alight (fire marshals not needed fortunately).Thank you to Caroline Price who sang the solo verse of 'Once in Royal David City' and brought tears to our eyes; and to the readers who told the Christmas story throughout the service.Thank you also to Joyce for the beautiful floral displays.As we approach the end of the year, our thanks also go to our wonderful ladies who keep us well supplied with teas and coffees after the services.May St Paul's wish you all a very happy and healthy Christmas tide
