In a project to challenge poverty, we have supported 150 young families locally with food, fuel vouchers and white goods. This project, was supported by Point North. We worked in partnership with local schools
The Derwent Valley Pastoral Scheme has now been approved and will be implemented fairly soon. We will be working more closely with other churches in our team - Consett, Castleside, Benfieldside, Leadgate, Ebchester and Hamsterley.
