Poundstock: St Winwaloe

St Winwaloe's is an ancient building, tucked away in a beautiful setting, where for hundreds of years people have come to seek God, to worship him or simply to bring their troubles and experience quiet and peace. The regular congregation may be small in number but we are a friendly bunch and are always delighted to welcome everyone who comes. We will be so glad to see you.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Poundstock is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Hilary Kenny (01288 361504) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor, Andy Earl (01872 274351 or at the email address below). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
