With all 3 bishops, clergy, lay readers, worship bands, school choirs and a large congregation, we look forward to a vibrant and happy service to show how fantastic he Archdeaconry of Macclesfield is! The St Paul's Churchwardens may have a couple of surprises up their sleeves too!

Celebrating 180 years! 1844-2024

We are an 'All Age' church committed to 'living, loving, serving and growing together with God.'  

St Paul's finds itself in vacancy once more but there's no doubt that our very own Ant & Dec (aka wardens Nick & Matt) Revd Canon Veronica Hydon and Lay Ministers Frances Hiles and Robert Marshall ensure that the spiritual life at St Paul's is rich and fun during this time 

We will also endeavour to upload a video of the service to our YouTube channel for those unable to worship with us currently. 

We are a family-friendly church and we have an area in church for our younger visitors where they can play and still be part of the service. On weekday evenings our six Uniformed Groups meet in the Parish Centre. Other weekday activities in the Centre include; Bloom babies/toddlers sessions, Macc Exercise class, Knit & Knatter, Community choir, Pilates, Lunch club, St Paul's Toddler Group and yoga.
