Every 6 years each parish is required to prepare a new electoral roll. Members on the previous roll need to apply to be included – inclusion is not automatic. New members are able to apply too. You apply by completing an electoral roll form. These are in church ready for you to fill in and hand to Electoral Roll Officer, Administrator or Churchwardens. You need to note the declaration at 1 tick one of 2A, 2B or 2C and sign.Forms must be received by Friday, 4 April. The new roll will be available for inspection from 12 April.
