Our Christmas Carols/Candles and Christingles service is on 10th December starting at 4.00 pm - a service to celebrateWe will continue on Christmas Eve with Midnight Communion starting at 11.00 pm and closing with lighting of the final Advent candleOn Christmas Day we are open from 10.30 to 11.30 as for an hour of quiet reflection
Works to install a much needed toilet within the church itself starts on the 25th September and will enable us to continue and grow within the community and beyond.Fundraising continues in regard to create a small kitchenette and to improve accessPlease be aware when walking/parking nearby that contractors are mobile and parking is somewhat limited
We will be open from 10.00 - 16.00 on Saturday 9th September to cheer on those who manage to reach St James and offer refreshments and a well earned rest before they are off again to complete the last leg of their travels in aid of their local churches. Saturday 9th from 10.00 - 16.00 is also Heritage Open day so call in and have a wander and a cuppa. We are open again on 10th September from 13.00 to 16.00
The church will be open from 14.00 to 17.00 offering refreshments, a place to sit and enjoy some quiet time.Our local school artwork following Sea Sunday, a visit to the Medway Queen and a snap shot of the history of our rivers will be on display so pop in and admire their skills.
