Our main Hall and meeting rooms are available for hire, but you need to check with the church office on availability, Saturdays are very busy.
Church Worship Area: The church worship area is not available for hire at any time.
The main hall: Is open for hire on Saturdays from noon until 9:30pm when we close it for any kind of party, during the week it is open subject to availability, check with the office.
We do not hire out the hall on Wednesdays between 12 noon and 6pm nor on Sundays.
The meeting rooms: Are available (subject to availability) during the week.
Sizes:
Our main hall measures 16.95 metres by 9.7 metres that's 164 sq metres
Meeting room 1 measures 6.5 metres by 5.28 metres that's 34 sq metres
Meeting room 2 measures 6.15 metres by 3.53 metres that's 22 sq metres
Kitchen: Use of the kitchen is included in all cases but in sometimes you may need to share its facilities.
Toilets: Our toilets including a disabled and children's changing facility, hand washing rooms are at the main entrance to the building.
2025 Rates:
Hall: Our current Saturday hire rates are £31.00 per hour until 6pm and from 6pm to 9pm it is £38.00 per hour.
During the week £17.00 per hour 7am to 7pm and £31.00 per hour 7pm to 9pm
Meeting room 1:
Weekdays 7am to 7 pm £10.00 per hour and 7pm to 10pm £12.00 per hour
Saturday £12.00 per hour noon till 6pm and £15.00 per hour 6pm to 9pm
Meeting room 2:
Weekdays 7am to 7 pm £7.00 per hour and 7pm to 10pm £8.50 per hour
Saturday £8.50 per hour noon till 6pm and £10.00 per hour 6pm to 9pm
Deposits:
Hires up to 4 hours a deposit of £50.00 is required
Hires over 4 hours a deposit of £100.00 is required.
The deposit is returnable subject to the hirer not causing any damage, keeping the hire agreement, not exceeding the agreed hours. Hires over 4 hours will have a deduction made for the amount of Gas, Water and Electricity used (determined by meter readings).
Conditions of hire: The hire agreements state all of the conditions of use.
One-off hire, A hire agreement needs to be completed and sent/given back to the church office along with the appropriate deposit before we can confirm the hire. Final payment of the hire fee must be made 28 days before the actual hire date.
