Each session focuses on a different topic and gives plenty of space to chat through any thoughts that come up. Don't worry, there's never any pressure to say anything.

At Alpha everyone is on their own journey of exploring faith, and there's no right or wrong place to be.

Life is full of endless possibilities. Whether it's learning a new skill, finding a new interest, or simply opening to a different perspective on life. Trying something new can be the start of something good. Why not give alpha a go?
