Gillingham: St Luke The Evangelist

WELCOME to St Luke's!

THE CHURCH IS OPEN for daily and Sunday services - please see the relevant pages for further details.

For information regarding BAPTISMS, WEDDINGS, and FUNERALS, please contact Father Garry Jenkins.

St Luke's is Medway's hidden gem....a lovely, peaceful, prayer-filled church, offering Anglo-Catholic worship in a traditional, but relaxed, style.

Father Garry Jenkins SSC (telephone 01634 580433 or e-mail [email protected]) is our priest-in-charge, so we have regular Sunday services, weekday services, and other activities, to which everyone is welcome.

This is a Mission Parish of the Society of St Wilfrid & St Hilda, in the episcopal care of the Bishop of Richborough.

The parish of Gillingham St Luke is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer. The Diocese of Rochester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
