Church's Rainwater System Replacement

As you are, hopefully, aware the PCC needs to replace the church's rainwater system (guttering, downpipes, etc.). The estimated cost of this is almost £22,500, which is more than our reserves and so we need to fundraise to pay for this.

If you could make a gift towards this then that would obviously be warmly received.

However, we recognise that people may not be able to make such a gift and so are proposing to run a "Bond" system similar to that when we purchased a new church organ some years ago. We are asking that people "purchase" bonds in multiples of £100, which will then be repaid on a random basis as and when funds come in (e.g. through fund raising events). The bonds will effectively be interest free loans to the church. It is hoped, though we cannot guarantee it, that all bonds would be repaid by the middle of 2025.

If you wish to make a donation or purchase any bonds then this can be done via a bank transfer, cheque or even cash.
