About Us

We are a Church of England parish church near Bromley and Petts Wood whose aim is to share the love of Jesus with our local community.

Come and join us on Sundays. Our style of worship is based around Church of England Common Worship, with Bible-based teaching to encourage us to show the love of God in our community. Traditional, contemporary and homegrown styles of music are used in the services led by a variety of singers and musicians. Talk to our vicar about baptism, weddings and funerals; we are here to offer help and advice.

We hope that all who come will find a smiling face, a helping hand or someone just to talk to. St. Augustine's plays an important role in life of the local community. The church runs a memory care for dementia sufferers and their carers, the Forget-me-Not cafe, and is used by a video club, a Parent & Toddler group ARK, a Keep Fit Class for the older person, children's parties, and much, much more. All these are on top of our regular church events! 

Our prayer is that St. Augustine's with St Luke's will be a place where people come to know the full extent of God's love, and to believe in all that Jesus has done for each one of us.
