We were bowled over by the fun and turnout last Saturday, 6th November at Devizes bowls club.

The night was a great success with 9 rounds of questions ranging from the relatively easy to the down right tricky.

At the halfway point there was a welcome break for the grey matter, with time to fill your glass and eat your ploughman's supper followed by the churches obligatory tea or coffee and cake.

The winning team "The Winners" stomped away  with the grand prize of wine and chocolate but the most coveted prize, the wooden spoon went to the team" Ghostbusters"

It was a great night enjoyed by all and the event raised £250 for the nights charity Dorothy House.
