We hold this service each year to remember with thanksgiving those who have died. Our hope is that by coming together for this service you will find comfort in the knowledge that you are not alone in your loss and that others are thinking about and praying for you.
During the service, which lasts no more than an hour, we read out the names of those who have died and light candles in their memory. In a year which once again has proved difficult for so many, we hope that this opportunity to remember and give thanks for loved ones will be of some comfort to you.
We automatically include names of those who have had funerals in church over the last two years. If you would like to add a name, please contact the Parish Office. Its best via email at [email protected], as this minimises errors, but if you find it easier, please contact the office, and we will be pleased to help.
