Details of the funeral of Lennix.
Starting from Lennix’s home at 2.15pm there will be a procession as the funeral cars and hearse make their way to the church.
The church service begins at 2.30pm. There will be seating available inside. This will be reserved for family and close friends and priority given to those who are elderly or infirm or cannot stand for long periods. As space is limited inside the church the service will be broadcast via large speakers outside. People are welcome to join the service inside or outside as room permits.
The service will take approximately 45 mins in the church, and then continues at the crematorium at 4.15pm.
For those who cannot, or do not wish to join the family at West Wiltshire Crematorium in Semington the remainder of the service will be broadcast via video link to Dilton Social Club where the family will meet you afterwards.
The family would be pleased if the community would like to line the High Street from the Church towards the railway bridge at approximately 3.15pm, so that as the funeral procession (including the bikes) makes its way past, families and villagers pay their final respects. Please do make sure you and those around you are safe.
Any floral tributes should be taken to 3 Woodland View, Dilton Marsh on Tuesday 21st May and will be displayed in the funeral procession alongside others. Donations if desired will be given to Lennix’s school in his memory.

Dilton Marsh: Holy Trinity

Growing as a Community of Faith: Responding to God’s love through worship, serving the community and caring for creation.

A very warm welcome to you!

At Holy Trinity Church we seek to be a welcoming church inspired by the two great commandments of Jesus Christ - to love God and to love our neighbours. This means that we are seeking ways to lift our praise and worship to God, to deepen our own spiritual journeys, and to reach out into the community to love and serve our neighbours including all of creation. We seek to be inclusive, generous in spirit and practice great hospitality…more cake?

As you explore this website you will discover the various activities that are on offer - if you spot something that you feel is missing from our offering and would like to help us to remedy that please do get in touch! We have many opportunities to be involved and would welcome your presence with us.

We hope to see you at our services and other events. All are welcome. And please do get in touch if you need any spiritual or pastoral support, or someone to pray with or for you, or simply just a listening ear.

Grace and peace,

Rev'd Rebecca Harris
