Rural Dean Licensing Service.
Bishop Stephen recently asked Holy Trinity's vicar, Rev Caroline, if she would accept the appointment of Rural Dean of the Heytesbury Deanery, to which she gladly agreed.
The Licensing Service took place at the Church of St Denys (The Minster) in Warminster on St David’s Day, 1st March. Bishop Stephen led the service of Holy Communion and the Licensing.
The congregation of Holy Trinity, Dilton Marsh was well represented at the service and all wished Caroline well.
Following the service, we were offered refreshments and had the opportunity to chat and to meet the Bishop.
