The 'please' to Harvest Festival's 'thank you' traditionally celebrated in Plaitford, with tea and cake from 3.30pm

Please feel free to drop in, have a look around the beautiful old building and churchyard, and have a cup of tea or coffee

Geoff and Sheila Cuell, who run the local community archive, will be on hand to show you around and point out lots of interesting features

We will also have a small display of truly fascinating artefacts all found in the fields around the church, including Tudor coins, medieval farming and hunting items, and musket balls as well as the parish records from the early 1700s to date
