A short informal Christingle service
Aimed at the Young and Young at Heart
During our Christmas Tree Festival Family Afternoon
Join us to make and celebrate a Christingle - we'll provide the materials - you provide the talent!
Led by the Revd Maggie Metcalfe

Our annual visit from the excellent Downton Band to round off our Christmas Tree Festival

Bring your best singing voice to join in with some traditional favourites amongst the trees and displays
Admission is free
There will be a retiring collection shared between the Band and Charlton Church
Seasonal refreshments
It is our custom to bring unwrapped gifts suitable for either a lady, boy or girl which we pass on to the Women's Refuge

Following on from the success of last year, we are pleased to announce our Informal Scratch Nativity will return this year.

30 mins re-creating the joy of the nativity and singing a well-known carol or two.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Come dressed up as a character from the Nativity if you would like.
