The motorbike that was left on January 16th pending collection as it had broken down is still at Church!! Although a mystery why this machine has not been claimed, the 8 weeks notice to the owners is nearly up. It is proposed to apply to DVLA for a change of ownership. On the basis that the current owners do not want it a new owner would allow the church to sell it and donate the proceeds to our funds. Worth a try.
St Christopher's Church has had a major reordering in 2022. 10 pews were removed from the back of the church nave. The floor underneath was rotten and had to be replaced. A new flexible space including a servery has been installed. We have had grants from Magnox, Erskine Mouton Trust as well as a legacy from Gillian Andersen who lived in Winfrith.
