St Mark's Church Herston

Everyone is welcome at St Mark's Church, Bell Street, Herston, Swanage BH19 2SA. We meet every Sunday at 10am and the friendly congregation will be delighted to meet visitors staying in this part of Swanage, and well-behaved dogs are welcome too because we know how difficult it is to leave dogs in holiday lets. Disability access is very good and there's an accessible toilet.

St Mark's, Herston, is part of the Swanage & Studland Team Ministry.

Safeguarding

The Swanage and Studland Team Ministry is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSOs). Our Diocese of Salisbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO for St Mark's Church, Mrs Anne Roper (01929) 427890, or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (please see the link below). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
