The boiler is irreparable.  We need to identify what is an appropriate replacement.  This decision needs to include the installation costs, operating costs, environmental impact, effectiveness, building use etc.

We have engaged the services of a qualified heating engineer who is preparing a report for us to help us reach an appropriate decision.
