There will be a short ceremony commencing at 10am before the raising of the
Commonwealth flag, so those attending are requested to muster in the churchyard at 9.45am. Following the raising of the flag there will be refreshments served in the Church.

The beautiful church of St. Nicholas Church Silton is Grade 1 listed.  Set in rolling countryside on the edge of the Blackmore Vale close to Stourhead, parts of the building date back to the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries.
