St Simon and St Jude, Milton on Stour is open daily throughout the week for prayer and reflection or just to visit

Join us for half an hour on a Friday morning for a small informal prayer group. We are currently praying for God’s guidance and support as we search for a new Rector in the Benefice.

On Sunday 3 December, we will be celebrating Christingle - do join us for a family-friendly service with songs and Christingles.

There will be a gathering at 12 noon in the Vicarage School Room, Gillingham, for anyone in the benefice who is able to come along for a chance to say farewell. If you are able to provide a plate of finger food (cake/savouries) it will be very much appreciated. Please let your churchwarden know if you are able to help or kindly indicate on the list inside St Mary’s Church. Food can be left in the VSR from 9am on the morning or brought along at 12 noon.

A traditional service using the Book of Common Prayer 1662

On the 5th Sunday of the month, the 3 churches of the Benefice come together to share Holy Communion. The service takes place at either 10am (when in St Mary's Gillingham) or 10:30am (when in St Simon & Jude, Milton on Stour or St Nicholas, Silton).
On 29 December, the service will be BCP Holy Communion, held at St Nicholas, Silton.

This will be the only service in the benefice this Sunday and everyone from the three parishes is encouraged to attend to demonstrate our unity, fellowship and love for one another in Christ as a single benefice.
