Since 1970, the Anglican church has acknowledged that the last 4 weeks of the church’s year (the church's year finishes at the end of November) will be known as the Kingdom Season. And this is the time of year when we think especially about Jesus Christ being the “King of all kings”. As we go about our daily lives over the next week, let’s try to remember that the Kingdom season was originally intended to be a way of bringing God back into a secular world. It was designed to promote the Kingdom of God here on earth.
