Seafarers and fishers play a vital role in all of our lives, but they often work in difficult, hazardous conditions. Sea Sunday is Sunday July 14 and is when the Church prays for all those who live and work at sea.

Reverend Miles will be leading a service starting at 3pm at the Rhenish Tower, Lynmouth Harbour. Lynmouth Shanty Crew will also be singing.

All are welcome.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Trentishoe: St Peter's is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Exeter’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Sam White, 07726776653 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (Details in the link below). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
