This year's Lent course will look at the classic of western Christianity The Rule of St Benedict and specifically how Lent is viewed. Unlike most of the monastic literature of the time (6th Century) Benedict's Rule offered a common-sense approach to living the Christian life which took into account human weakness and struggle. The course will be looking at how we can apply the ancient wisdom of The Rule to our own Lenten journey.
The four sessions, scheduled to last about 45 minutes, will be offered on Zoom (link below) at 7:30 pm on the following Thursdays:
