St Giles-on-the-Hill

Sitting proudly at the top of the street that bears its name, the church of St Giles, also known as the Wisteria Church, has the tallest church tower in Norwich with a height of 120 ft. The wisteria was planted by a former priest at the church in celebration of his daughter’s wedding just over 100 years ago and it still flourishes annually. These two features make the church one of the most iconic in Norwich.
