The service took place for the inauguration of Rev'd Miles Welborn as the Rector for the Lyn Valley Mission and Rev'd Katherine Welborn van Santen as assistant curate for the Shirwell Mission Community.

The new Bishop of Exeter will be the Rt. Rev’d Dr Mike Harrison, Downing Street has announced, after his appointment was approved by the King.

Invitation to the service for the Licensing of both The Reverend Miles Welborn as Rector of Lyn Valley Mission Community and The Reverend Katie Welborn van Santen as Curate of Shirwell Mission Community.

Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, the Bank Holiday Fun Day scheduled for Monday at St Mary's has had to be postponed.
