The minister thought there was a need in Shiphay for a community choir and Sing for Joy was born in 2017. The choir is made up of church members and members of the Shiphay community. They usually give a concert in the summer and again just before Christmas. Choir rehearsals usually take place at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings in term time. Anyone interested in joining the choir is very welcome to come along.
