Palm Sunday Holy Communion

Occurring
for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
All Saints' Okehampton Parish Church
Address
Okehampton, EX20 1LE, United Kingdom

Today is the day when we remember Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey, and people waving palm branches. This is a service of Holy Communion and we will be blessing and distributing palm crosses to take away - a useful aid to private prayer and devotion. Refreshments will be served after the service. As usual, there will be children's activities available and the service will be livestreamed (main congregation is not visible on camera).

All Saints' Okehampton Parish Church

Welcome to Okehampton Parish church, All Saints

We are an inclusive church, perched high on a hill serving our parishioners for over a thousand years, with a spacious car park attached.

Church services are usually 11am every Sunday.  There is a children's soft play area. a wheelchair accessible toilet, and ramped access into the church.

All Saints' also has a hall, which is in the town (Market Street, next to Co-op Car Park) and we have Café Church there on the first Sunday of each month, and Brick Church at 4pm on the last Saturday of each month.

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Mrs Alex Just, on 07887941860 or [email protected]. Or you can contact the Exeter Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor at the link below.
