Welcome to St Michael the Archangel, Chagford. Our church family and its ancient building are at the heart of the vibrant town of Chagford, in the Dartmoor National Park, West Devon. We belong to a family of churches, the North Dartmoor parishes, which seek to show God's love in this beautiful part of the country in real and practical ways; learn more of the ways of Jesus; and be inspired by what the Holy Spirit is doing among our communities. Doccombe Chapel
Doccombe chapel is a small chapel situated beside a farm track. Originally it was a barn, but in the 1840s it was converted into a chapel and given to the people of Doccombe. At present, there are no regular services held in the chapel, except for Harvest and Christmas celebrations which involve the local community. The chapel is also used as a meeting room and films are shown every month.
