Safeguarding
Safeguarding all God's people is an essential aspect of what we do. If you have a concern about the safety of some-one or the actions of some-one working with children or vulnerable adults, please act straight away.
Our parish safeguarding representative is Ann Searson and you can contact her by email on [email protected]
Our parishes have adopted the House of Bishops' 'Promoting a Safer Church Safeguarding Policy Statement' and if you would like to contact our Diocesan Safeguarding Team, then please contact Charles Pitman 01392 345909 or Phillip Parker 01392 294969.
If you are a young person and you feel unhappy about something happening to you, do call Childline on 0800 11 11.
If there is an immediate risk of harm to an individual you should dial 999 and report your concern to the police.
