Ash Wednesday (also known as the Day of Ashes) is a holy day in the Christian Calendar, marking the beginning of Lent and is typically a time of repentance and prayer. On this day, you might see some Christians walking around with an ash cross on their foreheads.

This Ash Wednesday we have a traditional Service of Ashing at 6:30pm at St Paul's. Come and join us for a time of reflection with an opportunity to receive ashes if you wish (the priest will place ashes in the shape of a cross on your forehead as a symbol of repentance).

This service will not be livestreamed
