In conjunction with Sidmouth Hospice at Home this service is an opportunity for quiet reflective remembrance of loved ones who are no longer with us.
From 3:15 to 4:15 will be a time of quiet reflection, followed by a short service of remembrance at 4:15pm, and refreshments from 5pm.
Hospice at Home is a unique service providing expert palliative care at home during the last days of life. It is funded entirely by donations.
