Normally commemorations of war are carried out separately at the three war memorials in Sidmouth, Sidbury and Salcombe Regis. This year, with physical gatherings not possible, all of the churches of the Sid Valley have contributed to an online service, pre-recorded and available on YouTube. Nine people and six churches take part in the service, which features the last post and reveille played beautifully by a young lady from the Town Band.
