About Us

St Andrew's Church, Feniton is in the Otter Vale Mission Community of churches. It is the parish church of the parish of Feniton with Escot, which also contains a 'chapel of ease', St Philip & St James in Escot. 

The village of Feniton comprises the 'New Village' which grew up around the station (originally known as 'Sidmouth Junction', until the Sidmouth line was closed) and the 'Old Village', about a mile from the station. The 'Old Village' contains the church which is situated at the end of Church Lane, opposite the Village Hall.
