St Andrews

St Andrew's Clyst Hydon welcomes you, no matter what your faith, age or current status!

This is a tranquil place to come to reflect during the day and normally open 9am- 5pm. Or you may wish to visit to see the beauty of this fairly unique place of worship. There is a booklet on the history just inside, children's activities in the children's pew [near the front] and if you come for one of our services a warm welcome will await you.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Clyst Hydon: St Andrew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Exeter’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [details at the church] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [Julia Sprintillis]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services
