Well done to Clyst Hydon school children for standing for the 2 minutes silence outside church on Friday 11th November. The Remembrance Sunday Service will be well remembered for Michael Moore’s moving reflection on the price paid by our service men and women [rather than the 18 -page sermon!] and also for Bug’s bugling [she is only 13]. A busy few days with a rather special coffee morning raising £100 for Hospiscare – thanks to Ro Garnham, the support from our villagers and the ladies’ group.
