Dear Friends,

As we reflect on the recent Community Survey, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and insights. Your engagement demonstrates not only your love for our church but also your commitment to ensuring it serves our community effectively for years to come.

One of the highlights of our survey process has been the wonderful contributions from the local primary school children. It’s wonderful to see the children’s enthusiasm and creativity shining brightly through their drawings, reflecting their hopes and dreams for their parish church.

We would like to encourage you to visit St Andrew’s, which is open every day. Come in, take a look around, and be sure to appreciate the children’s artwork. Their visions for our church remind us of the importance of fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all ages.

If you haven’t yet had the chance to share your views, it’s not too late! We welcome any additional suggestions you may have as we look towards the future. The diversity of ideas we’ve received so far has been remarkable, and we believe that together we can create a space that not only honours our traditions but also adapts to the needs of our community.

On a related note, we had the pleasure of hosting the children for a Harvest Assembly on Friday, October 18th. It was a delightful event, and their presence truly brought the space to life!

As we move forward, I would like to remind you of our upcoming Remembrance Sunday Service on November 10th at 10:50 am. We warmly invite you to join us for this poignant and reflective time as we honour those who have served and sacrificed for our community and nation.

Thank you once again for your support and engagement. Together, let us continue to nurture our church as a place of love, hope, and service.

Warm regards,

Revd Rachel Dunn
