Our curate, Hazel Britton together with four other ordinands were ordained as priests by the Bishop of Crediton at St Michael’s Church, Teignmouth on Saturday 23rd September. Congratulations to all. Update: The coffee morning raised £300 with more still to come from collection boxes and donations. Thank you.There will be a coffee morning in aid of The Children's Society tomorrow morning, 17th August, from 10.00am till 12 noon at 36 West End Road, Bradninch. As well as coffee there'll be cakes available and a raffle. All Welcome. Donations welcome too!
Come and join us by the river at Redhill Farm, Uplowman, Tiverton EX16 7DJ. Sit and enjoy the lovely surroundings and each others company, or walk by the river. The river is shallow enough for paddling and fishing for little fish with nets (provided). There’ll be games on the field and a Barbecue at 5.00pm.Please bring footwear suitable for fields and paddling in a river if you’re going in and anything else you might need! Our Wednesday Welcome will be shortening its hours in July and August, to 10am-12 midday. You are still assured of a warm welcome though, plus at the moment a reasonably cool place to sit. Coffee, tea, decaf versions, and plenty of squash and water are available, with home made cakes. Bring your work or your reading, play with the games/toys depending on your age and interest, or just sit and chat.
