St Thomas Parish Church serves a large area west of the River Exe in Exeter. It serves a wide area including Haven Banks, part of the Marsh Barton Industrial Estate and as far as Barley Lane and Redhills. It includes all the area formally served by Emmanuel Church in Okehampton Road, which is now closed.
