We entered for a second year the CPRE best kept Churchyard competition, which means managing the churchyard for nature benefits and to maintain an attractive and welcoming space for visitors. We were delighted to be awarded a highly commended plaque. One of 3 such awards given across the county. This is so lovely for our Churchyard volunteers to have their efforts recognised, but also an indicator that we are working well to do our bit to support the natural environment.
