**** A huge THANK YOU to all who gave money during our recent gift month for the development of St Margaret's church project. In four weeks we almost reached our goal of £30000. We knew this was an ambitious goal, a 'reach for the stars' scenario, and so we were delighted that we certainly got our feet well off the ground.

Our overall goal for 2023 is £360000, and we have already earmarked £30000 in our budget from church lettings, so now we are well on our way to improving the church facilities (toilets, kitchen, social area, lighting, entrance and approach), so that we can be even more outward facing and hospitable to the whole community.

The churches of St Margaret's Topsham and St Luke's Countess Wear work together with our Vicar Revd Louise Grace and leadership team to outreach to both areas. Our mission values spring forth from the two great commandments, to Love God and to love our neighbours as ourselves. We aspire to be faithful in worship and prayer, whilst outward looking in service to our communities. Our charism is to be inclusive and generous in spirit and hospitality. Did anyone say cake?
