The Journey contemporary worship service (twice monthly), and the changes in the parish that have happened surrounding the launch of that service, have opened the door to enable us to grow our parish life through attracting new people to church, particularly young families with teenagers and younger children. This feels like the chance for growth that the parish has long been waiting to experience. To seek to take advantage of the opportunities now before us, we are looking to recruit a full-time Families and Youth Team Worker for Lympstone. There is already a part-time (10 hours per week) FYT worker in post. This is a new appointment in addition.
