A special Rededication Service to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of Church Consecration was held at Holy Trinity Church at 7.30 pm on Monday 14th October, led by The Rt. Rev’d Jacqueline Searle, Acting Bishop of Exeter. We are honoured and delighted that Bishop Jackie could join us, especially as it may the last time we shall see her here in her present position as Acting Bishop of Exeter and Bishop of Crediton, due to her imminent retirement in January. Following the service Bishop Jackie joined the congregation for refreshments and the ceremonial cutting of the ‘birthday’ cake.
