Advent is a time of waiting, expecting, listening. It is for many also a busy time for preparing for Christmas.
At St Anne’s we offer three evenings of meditation. Beginners, the curious and those well versed in mediation are welcome.
Each session will be 60 mins long; begins with an introduction, which is then followed by a meditation and ends with a hot drink/biscuit/cake.
No booking is needed just arrive 5 mins before 8pm. At 8pm the doors will be locked so to preserve the silence of the session. Please note that latecomers cannot be admitted.
Wear comfortable and warm clothing – come just as you are.
