St Michael & All Angels, Marden

St. Michael and All Angels is the Church of England parish church for Marden, near Tonbridge. Whoever you are you will find a warm welcome at our services and activities. We believe that everyone is loved by God and is part of his family. Whatever your background, age, ability, disability, gender or sexuality, whatever your level of faith, whatever your life story, we will welcome you.

Our ancient church at the heart of the village is normally open during the day if you would like a quiet place to reflect and pray.

We come together for worship each Sunday at 8.00am for a Holy Communion service using traditional language. At 10.30am on the 1st and 3rd Sundays we have our Morning Worship service and on the 2nd and 4th Sundays a service of Holy Communion. Evensong takes place on the 1st Sunday of the month at 6.30pm. Traditional Holy Communion Service.
This Sunday morning service is live-streamed from the church building through our church Facebook page @churchinmarden.
Our 8.00am morning service is Holy Communion (BCP Order 2). A quiet, reflective celebration of Holy Communion using traditional language liturgies of the Book of Common Prayer. This service includes a short homily.

Christmas Market 24th & 25th November

The Christmas Market will be held in church on Friday 24th November 6-8pm and Saturday 25th November 10am - Midday. Lots of stalls to come and browse - jigsaws, craft, cakes and produce, refreshments, raffle and lots more.
